The Autumn Threshold Retreat: A Seasonal Gathering for Reflection, Creativity, and Renewal

$499.00
Limit 6 per order

Saturday September 26th | 10:00am–5:00pm (A Full Harvest Moon)
Greensboro, North Carolina
Limited to 6 Women | $499

There are seasons in life when we can feel ourselves standing between what has been and what is beginning to emerge.

The arrival of autumn invites us to pause and take stock.

What has grown this year?
What is bearing fruit?
What feels complete?
What is asking to be released?

Many women are carrying enormous amounts right now:
burnout,
grief,
decision fatigue,
relationship shifts,
children growing up and needing us differently,
questions about identity, purpose, creativity, and what comes next.

The Autumn Threshold Retreat was created as a place to slow down inside of all of that.

Held in my personal home in Greensboro, North Carolina (the Buddha Bungalow), this intimate seasonal retreat experience is designed for women craving beauty, spaciousness, reflection, creativity, meaningful conversation, and nervous system restoration.

Together we'll spend the day journaling, moving, walking, sharing meals, creating, reflecting, and reconnecting to ourselves in the company of other women doing the same.

Throughout our time together we'll explore themes of:

– harvest and gratitude
– balance and discernment
– creativity and intuition
– rest and restoration
– seasonal reflection
– letting go and making space
– community and meaningful connection

A centerpiece of our day will be an indigo dyeing experience.

Indigo is a practice of patience, trust, and transformation. Cloth enters the dye vat one color and emerges another. As we work with this ancient process, we'll explore our own relationship with change, release, and becoming.

The Retreat Day Includes:

– Guided journaling and seasonal reflection
– Gentle yoga
– A reflective neighborhood walk
– Indigo dyeing and creative exploration
– Seasonal lunch, drinks, and snacks
– Closing reflection circle

This retreat was created for women navigating seasons of change, transition, burnout, grief, creative longing, or simply the desire to slow down and hear themselves more clearly again.

If you are craving a day—and a season—that feels more intentional, restorative, creative, and deeply human, you are warmly invited.

A Few Important Notes:

Because this retreat experience is intentionally small and limited to six women, all sales are final and non-refundable. If something unexpected arises and you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend (please email Alisha if this happens).

After registering, please add awielfaert@yokeandabundance.com to your email contacts to help ensure you receive all retreat communications and updates. Occasionally emails can land in spam or promotions folders, and I would hate for you to miss important details leading up to our time together.

Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a welcome email from Alisha within 1–2 business days containing all retreat details including my address, next steps, and information for preparing for our experience together.
